Before taking charge of the kitchen at Le Petit Kériquel, Erwann Bouchet took part in the cooking programme « Bien dans votre assiette », broadcast on Tébéo on 27 June 2026 and presented by Yvon Étienne.
It gave him the chance to share his skills and show his approach to cooking alongside Philippe Morizot.
A moment of cooking and sharing that takes on a special meaning today, now that Carine and her son Erwann have taken over Le Petit Kériquel.

A handover that makes perfect sense today
When the programme was filmed, Philippe Morizot was still the chef at Le Petit Kériquel and Erwann his guest in the kitchen.
A few months later, Elisabeth and Philippe handed over the establishment after 24 years of running it. Carine has taken over its management and Erwann, in turn, is now in charge of the kitchen.
The programme is a lovely record of the meeting between two generations of cooks and of the continuing story of Le Petit Kériquel.
From the programme to our table
Today, Erwann is pursuing this new adventure in the kitchens of Le Petit Kériquel in Val d’Oust.
